Mark as Useful JP Morgan Chase called our Human Resources Department 4 times this morning, hanging up each time. The last time they called someone actually giggled in the background before hanging up. I called the phone number back and finally got through to a Manager named Mary who promised to remove our number from their call list. Either their technology is completely lacking, or their call center staff is blatantly rude. JP Morgan Chase is a somewhat respected company and this sort of a thing is a blemish on their professional reputation.
